Aloha Pork

Makes: 4 servings.


Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)

3/4 cup Lawry's® Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice or 3/4 cup Lawry's® Caribbean Jerk Marinade With Papaya Juice, divided



Directions

1. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Place pineapple, bell pepper and onion in second large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining 1/4 cup marinade; toss to coat. Set aside.

 

2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove pork and pineapple mixture from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Arrange pork and pineapple mixture in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.

 

3. Bake 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness. Slice pork and serve with pineapple mixture.
